Return PIN not activated: Contact us for options.

Attempting contactless return PIN: Return PIN requires inserting the consumer's card into the terminal and pressing 'OK' to confirm. Contactless return PIN is not supported.

Incorrect card type: Return PIN is only supported on Dutch Maestro and vPAY cards.

Insufficient balance: Ensure there's enough balance on your intermediary account to process the refund. Contact us to set up a deposit if needed.
